The hotel was recently refurbished and modern with excellent location not far from Leuven or Brussels itself, the forest and the centre of Louvain-la-Neuve. There were pastries and bacon for breakfast. Great service, though a few employees were complacent.

Internet was terrible also the bed of mine was very hard.

It was new-fashioned, pleasantly decorated and with balcony. Location: the hotel was very close to the forest, and all the restaurants in the village centre.

I had a very good stay for more than one or two nights. the rooms are always spotless and new-fashioned with a balcony. - the electronic key card, work desk, and flat-screen TV with cable channels were great. - Everything in the hotel was simply brand-new.

I put down fair as for the value for money of this hotel for the only reason that I imagined it (and booked it for this reason) as a weekend price that included breakfast and not as an extra separate cost. Under other circumstances, I would probably consider it as being a good option as per the value for the money.

Freshly spruced up place, with friendly folks at the front desk 😊. the rooms are stylishly furnished and have a cozy balcony, just like the bedroom.

We thought 12.50 Euros per night per dog was extremely expensive

This is the only hotel in Louvain la Neuve so there really isn't an option for staying anywhere else. The hotel is nice , the beds are very comfortable and the room is clean. There is a small restaurant that serves excellent food for dinner or lunch.

Often times in the early part of the day there was no staff member on site in the restaurant and I had to go to the front desk to request a coffee and they then had to call for an employee to come to the restaurant. The only other complaint I had was that it would have been greatly appreciated if the hotel provided a shuttle service to the train station - which is very close by however it was freezing cold and there was snow on the ground so getting to and from the hotel to the train station was difficult. We could have paid for a cab I realize and we chose not to but for a hotel that seems to cater to business/conferences I would expect that they would provide this . Otherwise we enjoyed our stay .

The breakfast room had a good selection of food and a nice ambiance. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the town center and nearby attractions.

The noise from other guests and the hallway was quite noticeable in the rooms. the beds were uncomfortable, with very old and worn-out mattresses.

This hotel offers great value for money with comfortable rooms and a very good breakfast. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities and a nice balcony. The staff provide excellent service and the location just outside of the city center is ideal for those looking for a quiet environment close to the forest. The attention to detail and the nice view during breakfast make the overall experience enjoyable.
